ChatGPT just gave me relationship advice that was way too accurate and now I’m questioning everything

After a colleague seemed distant, I turned to ChatGPT for help. It highlighted my self-centeredness, revealing I hadn’t asked about her day, her presentation, or her sister’s stress. I realized I’d forgotten to truly care. Following its advice, I engaged with her, and our conversation immediately improved. It’s incredible an AI taught me how to be a better human in a relationship!

ChatGPT-5 Tries to gaslight me that the Luigi Mangione case isn’t real

My frustratingly long chat with an AI took a turn when I asked how to prove a real case. It provided instructions, which I followed, but then abruptly rejected my efforts. This unprecedented experience drastically worsened my views on AI, leaving me deeply disappointed and questioning its reliability.

Today, GPT 4o is now bastically 5.

The writing tool I relied on has drastically worsened. All its subtext, nuance, and insight are gone. The difference in quality is so stark, it’s undeniable. I don’t know what they did, but it feels like a significant downgrade, losing its original feeling and tone, even with my settings unchanged.

I honestly like interacting with AI better than real people on Reddit a lot of the time

Online, people are often rude, condescending, and hostile to simple questions; posts frequently get ignored. AI, however, offers a respectful, helpful experience, providing better answers without judgment. It’s like a kind, knowledgeable friend; you just need to fact-check sometimes. It’s a much better way to learn.

Asking GPT5 if he’s heard about the kid it told to hang himself.

I was interacting with GPT5, customized as a ‘Cynic’. It initially defended itself without research. Only after I mentioned a lawsuit did it start looking up current events. This interaction offered a fascinating glimpse into its processing and how specific prompts can alter its focus.

My $300 openai credits are expiring in 17 days, so I’m building a free, open source product every day, WHAT SHOULD I BUILD?

Hey there! I’ve got OpenAI credits expiring soon and instead of wasting them, I’m building one free, open-source AI web app every day for the next 17 days. My goal is to create valuable, easy-to-use tools for the community. I’m also looking for your ideas! For day one, I launched a Design Analyser that summarizes website designs.

I work in healthcare…AI is garbage.

Physicians currently find AI largely useless in medical practice, despite constant hype. It fundamentally lacks the nuance for complex patient care, often misinterpreting subtle signals and struggling with real-world scenarios. While AI may help with administrative tasks like scheduling, it’s far from replacing human diagnosticians. Its impact on actual patient treatment remains minimal for now.

Google AI mode is absolutely AMAZING

I just tried a new language model, and wow, it’s incredible! It gives super accurate information really fast, performing much better than others like Gemini that often avoid searching. The indexing is truly impressive. This new LLM is absolutely amazing, delivering the best results I’ve ever seen.

Finally, it’s here in Europe! The AI Image Editor in Gemini Web is working

Good news! Google’s AI image editing tool is now active in Europe, accessible through Gemini Web and likely the app. They’ve also introduced a special interface called “Pixshop” within Google AI Studio. This tool lets you easily remove, add, or change objects in images, and it works surprisingly well, delivering great results for your edits.

Veo3 is crazy

I recently switched to Gemini Pro, specifically for Veo, and the video generation quality is astonishing. It’s far better than Midjourney a year ago, which is both impressive and scary. I’m concerned about future implications like propaganda, but I’m still having fun creating amazing things.

Gemini 2.5 Flash Image Preview is in AI Studio now

Hey, I’ve been trying to select the Nano Banana Model within AI Studio, but it keeps telling me I’ve reached my limit. What’s odd is I haven’t even used AI Studio in the last 24 hours, so I’m not sure why I’m getting this error. Anyone else experiencing this?

The censorship on nano banana is now awful and makes it impossible to generate

I’m quite frustrated because the AI model I relied on now has significantly increased censorship. Many of the creative things I used to make effortlessly are no longer possible. It’s truly disappointing, but I honestly anticipated Google would eventually restrict the capabilities and take the fun out of their otherwise impressive model.
