Robinson Crusoe but classic Verne style, more science and tech involved. Some of the science gets a little too longwinded in my opinion, a basic idea of how things work and how it gets made and used is enough for me. The book and story was really good. I did enjoy it until I got near the end, where things turned less realistic, and, without spoilers, something (someone) was revealed and the continuation with that made it considerably less interesting for me. Overall, a good book, but skip the last few chapters in my opinion.
